Job Responsibilities:
- leading projects with solid technical background by himself;
- handling projects by contributing own supervision skills and experience;
- control project expenses via max. cost saving methods;
- coordinate and cooperate in between different departments, suppliers and customers;
- organize kick off meeting, set and monitor time schedule, control project progress and quality, leading project team until a final success;
- understand and improve design according site status, provide practical solutions and design changes;
- handle punch list and final acceptance;
- keep good communication and connection with customer.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering.
- At least 3 years technical background of automotive paintshop or assembly shop project handling,
- Experience in Paintshop, Assembly shop in automotive industry or engineering company is preferred.
- Can accept long time staying (2~3 months) outside of Shanghai.
- Can handle several small or medium projects parallely.
- Excellent ability of communications and coordination, open-minded, team spirit, skilled English is a must.
