职位描述
主要职责：
- 支持佐敦船舶涂料在中国，香港度等地的技术销售与服务，提供文件、信息、标准、测试方法和实践经验等与佐敦产品和技术相关的服务，提高佐敦总体水平和一致性;
- 协调公司各部门、当地的佐敦办事处、全球网络和总部的相关部门，按要求处理客户投诉与索赔事宜，以及回复技术咨询、记录技术信息至技术支持数据库;
- 确保佐敦公司在亚太地区的配套标准一致，或者提供可备选的配套方案;
- 参考技术服务代表、文件资料、分析测试或者登录技术支持数据库获取相关技术信息，确保产品和服务、性能和信息、记录的品质安全;
- 走访各地船厂项目，以获取产品性能信息、协调新产品与新配方的现场测试与使用，确保市场上应用的产品达到性能最优化；
- 实施内部及外部的技术演讲、技术培训以提升公司销售人员、技术服务代表、客户的相关产品知识及技术能力。
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，船舶与海洋或化学工程或防腐等相关专业；
- 至少6年以上船舶涂料技术方面相关工作经验；
- 能处理好客户需求并同时达到技术标准；
- 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神;
- 英语熟练，能与外籍船东及外籍经理交流；
- 专业的分析技能, 结果导向；
Responsibility
- Support Jotun Marine Coatings in technical sales and service in China, HK, S, with documentation and information, standards, test methods, practices etc. relating to Jotun products and services in order to promote the highest level of competence and consistency;
- Coordinate handling complaints & claims in Jotun COSCO Marine Coatings (JCMC) as required in conjunction with JCMC departments, local Jotun offices & the network & headquarter, and replies on technical inquiries, logging technical information in TSS database;
- Ensure Jotun Corporate standard specifications are adhered to in Asia or alternative specifications are provided;
- Secure product & service, performance & quality information & records through contact with advisors, documentations, and analysis, and logging technical information in TSS database;
- Visit projects at shipyard in order to get products performance information, coordinate new products, new formulations on site trials and tests,etc. for Jotun China Marine R&D, and ensure performance optimized products are supplied to the market;
- Internal and external technical presentations / training sessions to upgrade sales / coating advisors / customers etc. throughout China.
Requirement:
- College/University degree, major in Chemical, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Anti-corrosion or relevant;
- Minimum 6 years working experience on technical aspects of marine paints;
- Able to maximize between technical requirements and customer needs;
- Good communication skill with team work spirit,
- Good at English and able to communicate with foreign ship owners and foreign managers;
- Analytical with professional expertise and bottom-line focus.
