职位描述  
Role:


To supervise/control the quality of the products during surface treatment and final checking on site before delivery and partly welding inspection.
To improve the quality of the products and train the works

Key accountabilities:


- Follow up and look after that our partners and suppliers are following our quality standards, most of the time should be spent out in the workshop
- Do inspection during surface treatment according to MacGregor holding points (checklists)
- Do final delivery inspection together with our partner.
- Follow up and recording quality divergences and work with continuous quality improvements
- In some cases educate and train workers at our partners & suppliers
- Closed co-operation with our engineer in Sweden in order to develop the quality and production process.

Requirements:


Bachelor degree in engineering preferable also with surface treatment experience,
Some years experience of surface treatment
Experience of surface treatment of marine products is an advantage


We are seeking for persons who are fluent in both written and spoken English, with good computer skill to use MS Office programs, with good communication skill, highly motivated, self-disciplined, hard working, good teamwork spirit and with the ability to grow and develop with our organization.
