The main languages of FROSIO is English and Norwegian. We have and will accept local languages in
countries where we can establish agreements with accredited organisations or organisations that
FROSIO has cooperated with through several years. Experience has shown that translation from a
local language into English will create confusion and misunderstanding, thus, we want to avoid any
translation. Instead, we set up local examination committees consisting of FROSIO level III inspectors.
To find independent and impartial inspectors is both difficult and time consuming. For this reason,
English is the preferred language.
